Culinary Uses of Tarragon
Tarragon has a warm, sweet, anise/mint scent and flavor and is very popular in many European dishes. This particularly flavorful herb works well in combination with basil, bay leaf, chives, dill and parsley. A key ingredient in the French herb blend Herbes de Provence, tarragon also enhances the flavors of chicken, eggs, fish, mushrooms, fish, tomatoes and zucchini.Sustainable packaging
Our herbs are packaged in resealable pouches that protect against light, air, and moisture, helping to preserve their aroma, quality, and properties as well as possible. The pouches are made of paper with a compostable protective layer and are industrially compostable. In many municipalities, they can be disposed of with organic waste. Home composting is also possible, although it may take a bit longer (about 1–2 years). More information about our packaging choice.Disclaimer
