Blend Composition
- Meadowsweet: a classic herb traditionally used for physical comfort.
- Nettle: supports the body in maintaining flexible joints.
- Juniper: known for its purifying and activating properties.
- Ginger: provides gentle warmth and supports the musculoskeletal system.
- Horsetail: traditionally valued for its strengthening and remineralising properties.
- Turmeric: a golden root herb that helps maintain joint flexibility.
- Willow Bark: used to support physical comfort and a balanced bodily feeling.
- Devil's claw: supports flexibility and helps with stiffness.
Use
- Use 2 to 3 teaspoons of herbal tea per cup.
- Pour over with hot (not boiling) water.
- Let steep for 8 minutes.
- Maximum 2 cups per day.
Do not use for longer than 6 consecutive weeks without medical advice.
