Goldenrod Organic - 70 gr

Goldenrod or Solidago virgaurea is a plant belonging to the composite family (Asteraceae). Goldenrod is known for its bright yellow flowers, which bloom in late summer and early fall. The plants can vary in height, usually growing between 60 cm and 1.8 meters tall. Goldenrod is mainly used in phytotherapy for hydration of the body and also has interesting purifying and detoxifying effects. The herb's Latin name is Solidago, which means "to make whole" or "to heal" and thus refers to its use in traditional herbal medicine. The goldenrod we offer grows wild, in its natural habitat. Its wild growth gives it an intense character and a particularly rich taste and aroma.

Preparation Organic Goldenrod tea 

Making a tea (or infusion) is an ideal way to benefit from the beneficial effects of organic goldenrod. How to easily prepare a cup of healthy goldenrod tea organic:

• 2 teaspoons of dried goldenrod per cup.
• Pour over with boiling water.
• Allow to infuse for 8 minutes.
• 3-4 cups per day between meals.

The pouches are made of paper with a compostable protective layer and are industrially compostable. In many municipalities, they can be disposed of with organic waste.
