This organic Birch Bud macerate, (Betula pendula) is prepared by L’Âme des Simples, a small-scale herbal company located in the Drôme Valley, France.
The young birch buds are harvested when their vital energy is at its peak and then gently macerated in a mixture of water, alcohol, and organic agave syrup. Since the origin of glycerin is not always transparent, L’Âme des Simples consciously chooses agave syrup as a plant-based and reliable alternative.
In gemmotherapy, birch is valued for its purifying, remineralizing, and regenerating properties. It supports the body during recovery, fatigue, and in bone and joint processes.

Usage
Recommended dosage:
