Thyme bio or Thymus vulgaris is not only a kitchen herb but as a tea this herb also has a respiratory effect. Botanist Dodoens (1517 - 1585) described thyme in great detail and recommended it for coughs and "shortness of breath," tough phlegm, bloating and wheezing. The pouches are made of paper with a compostable protective layer and are industrially compostable. In many municipalities, they can be disposed of with organic waste.
