Ras El Hanout, also sometimes called Ras Al-Hanout, is a typical spice blend from the North of Africa, Morocco and Tunisia and can actually be fairly translated as "The best of the store. Since "the best of the store" can change a bit from day to day, there is actually no real set composition of ingredients. Use this spice blend to season chicken, lamb or fish and flavor couscous. It also adds a delicious North African touch to potatoes, ratatouille and various stews. Ingredients: cubeb pepper*, anise*, cumin, cinnamon, curcuma, allspice, cayenne, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, white pepper, galanga, rosebuds. * from organic farming

Sustainable packaging

Our herbs are packaged in resealable pouches that protect against light, air, and moisture, helping to preserve their aroma, quality, and properties as well as possible. The pouches are made of paper with a compostable protective layer and are industrially compostable. In many municipalities, they can be disposed of with organic waste.
