Witch hazel is a plant with quite strong medicinal properties that can be used in a variety of ways. There are many species of witch hazel, but Hamamelis virginiana - a species of shrub native to North America - is the most commonly used given its high content of active ingredients. Did you know the Native Americans called it "magic" hazel because the branches were used as divining rods? It was believed they could help find water sources or hidden metals.

Prepare Organic Witch hazel tea 

Making a tea (or infusion) is an ideal way to benefit from the beneficial effects of organic witch hazel. How to easily prepare a cup of healthy witch hazel tea organic:

• Use 1-2 teaspoons per 250-mL cup.
• Pour over with not no boiling water and let steep for 10-15 minutes.
• Optionally add some lemon or honey/stevia to the tea.
