Wheatgrass Powder Organic is made from young shoots of the wheat plant (Triticum aestivum). The young wheatgrass plants are harvested when they are still brimming with nutrients, then carefully dried and ground into a fine, bright green powder. Wheatgrass powder has a fresh, slightly sweet taste and contains a wide range of essential nutrients, including vitamins A, C, E, K and B vitamins, minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron, amino acids and chlorophyll.

How to use?

The recommended daily allowance is 1 to 3 teaspoons (3-10 grams). Start with 1 teaspoon per day and slowly build up as desired. Wheatgrass powder can easily be added to:

• Smoothies and fresh fruit juices
• Yogurt, cottage cheese or breakfast bowls
• Salad dressings, dips and sauces
• Water as a green beverage (preferably with lemon for extra flavor)

  Preferably use wheatgrass powder on an empty stomach or between meals for optimal nutrient absorption.

Sustainable packaging

Our herbs are packaged in resealable pouches that protect against light, air, and moisture, helping to preserve their aroma, quality, and properties as well as possible. The pouches are made of paper with a compostable protective layer and are industrially compostable. In many municipalities, they can be disposed of with organic waste.
