Beschrijving
Star anise essential oil is rich in anethole, promotes digestion and soothes bloating. Star anise oil is also often part of preparations that soothe the respiratory tract.
How to use.
- Oral: 1-2 drops 2 times daily. To be taken diluted in a spoonful of honey or in an herbal infusion.
- Skin, Massage, Bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Atomize: 5 to 10 drops according to your taste or the size of the room.
- Digestion: Star anise 2 dr A spoonful of honey with 2 drops of star anise after meals promote digestion.
