Beschrijving
Lavender sage essential oil purifies the skin. Used in a chest balm or in the form of an inhalation, it has a soothing effect at the level of the airways. Lavender sage promotes memory and has a positive influence on mood.
How to use.
- Oral: 1-2 drops 2 times daily. To be taken diluted in a spoonful of honey or in an herbal infusion.
- Skin, Massage, Bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Atomize: 2 to 5 drops according to your taste or the size of the room.
- Memory and mood: Lavender sage 1 dr
- Take diluted in a tablespoon of honey. 1 time daily.
