Organic Beetroot Powder is made from organically grown beetroot (Beta vulgaris), which is dried after harvest and finely ground into a deep red powder with a mildly sweet, earthy taste. Beetroot powder is known for its high content of natural nitrates, antioxidants (such as betanin), fibre, vitamins (especially vitamin C and B11/folate), and minerals such as iron, potassium and magnesium.

How to use?
The recommended daily amount is 1 to 3 teaspoons (5–15 grams). Start with a small amount and increase gradually. Beetroot powder can easily be added to:

- Pancakes, cake batter or energy bars
- Soups, dips and vegetable dishes

The pouches are made of paper with a compostable protective layer and are industrially compostable. In many municipalities, they can be disposed of with organic waste.
