Prepare Organic Raspberry leaf tea 

Making a tea (or infusion) is an ideal way to benefit from the beneficial effects of organic raspberry leaf. How to easily prepare a cup of healthy raspberry leaf tea organic:

• Two teaspoons of dried raspberry leaf per cup.
• Pour over with hot water.
• Allow to infuse for 10-15 minutes.
• Sweeten a bit with honey, if necessary.
• 1-3 cups per day.
