Not every coffee may call itself "specialty". The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) only grants that label to coffees that score at least 80 out of 100 points on a blind taste panel by certified Q-graders, evaluated on aroma, taste, body, acidity and balance. Less than 5% of global coffee production reaches that threshold. Easy Going is an organically certified coffee blend of arabica beans from Brazil, Colombia and Ethiopia, selected and roasted by OR coffee roastery. The three origins complement each other: Brazil provides a soft, lightly nutty body, Colombia brings balanced sweetness and structure, and Ethiopia adds a subtle fruitiness that brightens the blend without compromising accessibility. Characteristics The taste profile is soft and round, without sharp edges. The nutty notes from the Brazilian beans form the base, the Colombian sweetness provides balance, and the Ethiopian fruitiness brings a light liveliness to the finish. As a lungo at 90 ml, the full taste profile comes into its own: not too concentrated, not too thin, with a pleasant finish that lingers long. All beans are 100% organic certified and are sourced via direct trade: a direct trading relationship between the importer and the producers, without unnecessary intermediaries, with a fair price for the farmer and complete transparency about origin and quality.   Preparation
