Speedwell, also known by its Latin name Veronica Officinalis L., is an herb praised in folk medicine for its cleansing and soothing properties. The plant is distinguished by its finely shaped leaves and small, bright flowers in shades from blue to purple. Speedwell is said to owe its name to the fact that in the Middle Ages winners of great tournaments received a wreath made of these flowers. Speedwell is traditionally used to support skin, respiratory and digestive health. The speedwell we offer grows wild, in its natural habitat. Its wild growth gives it an intense character and a particularly rich taste and aroma.

Prepare Organic Speedwell tea 

Making a tea (or infusion) is an ideal way to take advantage of the beneficial effects of organic honorific. So you can easily prepare a cup of healthy honorary organic tea:

• Use 1-2 teaspoons of dried honorific per cup.
• Pour over with hot, not boiling water, and let steep for 10-15 minutes.
