Returns
In our webshop you have the right to the statutory cooling-off period of 14 calendar days. Belgian consumer protection law allows the buyer to inform the seller within 14 calendar days from delivery that he/she wishes to cancel the purchase. The goods must be returned undamaged, unused and with original labels, along with the invoice.
How to return a package?

2. You will receive a shipping label with which you can easily return the package.
3. Send your item back in original condition.
