Preparation

To fully enjoy this traditional smoked tea:

1. Quantity: Use 4 to 5 teaspoons of tea per liter of water.
2. Water temperature: Bring the water to a boil, up to 100°C.
3. Steeping time: pour the tea leaves over with the boiling water and steep for 2 to 4 minutes, depending on your preference for a lighter or stronger smoke flavor.
4. Strain the tea and enjoy its full, smooth flavor with its distinctive smoky undertones.
