Beschrijving
Silver fir essential oil has a fresh, resinous scent. It is an ideal oil for atomization that purifies the air and soothes the respiratory tract (for stuck coughs). In massage, it stimulates circulation and relieves muscle pain.
Emotionally, Silver Fir Essential Oil is a wonderfully stimulating oil that can be helpful when you are tired. This essential oil can also be useful for anxiety or incipient depression.
How to use.
- Oral: 1-2 times daily 1 drop. To be taken diluted in a spoonful of liquid organic honey or in an herbal infusion.
- Skin, Massage, Bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Atomize: 5 to 10 drops according to your taste or the size of the room
- Atomization free breathing: Silver fir EO 2 dr + Cajeput EO 1 dr + Myrtle EO 1 dr. Atomize for 10 to 15 minutes in the bedroom before bedtime.
A word of caution:
- Contains naturally d-limonene, linalool.
