Preparing Organic Lady's mantle tea 

Making a tea (or infusion) is an ideal way to benefit from the beneficial effects of organic lady's mantle. So you can easily prepare a cup of healthy lady's mantle tea organic:

• Use 1-2 teaspoons per 250-mL cup.
• Pour over with just under boiling water.
• Allow to infuse for 10-15 minutes.
