Beschrijving
The essential oil of Red thyme or Thyme Thymol promotes digestion and bowel function. The main constituents of red thyme, thymol and carvacrol, also have purifying properties and 1 drop added to a spoonful of honey is beneficial and soothing to the throat.
How to use.
- Oral: 1-2 drops 2 times daily. To be taken diluted in a spoonful of honey or in an herbal infusion.
- Skin, Massage, Bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Atomize: 2 to 5 drops according to your taste or the size of the room.
- Warming Winter Drink: Red thyme 2 dr + Cinnamon 1 dr + Clove 1 dr +Eucalyptusglobulus 1 dr Dilute in a spoonful of honey and add to a bag of herbal infusion.
