Sweet woodruff (Galium odoratum) is a herb mainly valued for its calming, antispasmodic, and purifying properties. Although it is best known for its pleasant scent (often used in sachets or linen closets), in phytotherapy it is primarily used to support the nervous system, digestion, and kidneys. The coumarins in the herb provide the characteristic aroma and have a soothing effect on both body and mind.

How to prepare organic Sweet Woodruff tea
Making a tea (or infusion) is a gentle way to enjoy the calming and purifying effects of sweet woodruff. How to easily prepare a cup of healthy sweet woodruff organic tea:
- Use 1-2 teaspoons of dried herb per cup
- Pour over water just below boiling (±90°C / 194°F)
- Let steep for 5-10 minutes
- The taste is mild, aromatic, and slightly sweet
