Orange peel organic - 75 gr

Orange peel or orange zest is mainly used in marinades, sauces, rice dishes but also as a flavoring in herbal teas and Gin. Orange peel can also be used in sweet and sour sauces for poultry or pork, or in a vinaigrette with fresh herbs. A few more advantages to this dried orange peel: you can store it for a long time while retaining flavor and fragrance, always on hand and you don't have to cut up a whole fresh orange just to use some zest. Sustainable Packaging

Our herbs are packaged in resealable pouches that protect against light, air, and moisture, helping to preserve their aroma, quality, and properties as well as possible. The pouches are made of paper with a compostable protective layer and are industrially compostable. In many municipalities, they can be disposed of with organic waste. Home composting is also possible, although it may take a bit longer (about 1–2 years). More information about our packaging choice.
