Prepare Organic Purple Coneflower tea 

Making a tea (or infusion) is an ideal way to benefit from the beneficial effects of organic purple coneflower. How to prepare a cup of healthy Purple Coneflower tea organic:

• One teaspoon per cup.
• Pour over with hot water.
• Allow to infuse for 10 minutes.
• Strain
• 3-4 cups per day between meals.
• For a course of treatment, it is best to use for 3 weeks and then insert a period of 3 weeks in between.
