Lavender (real) essential oil Population – 10 ml

This essential oil of true lavender, also called lavande fine or lavande vraie, comes from the “population” variety — a traditional, non-cloned lavender that grows naturally in the area around Chamaloc, at the foot of the Vercors massif in the Drôme region. True lavender is often called the “blue gold” of the Drôme and has been part of daily life in the region for centuries. True lavender essential oil is one of the most versatile and widely used essential oils.

The lavender is grown and distilled by Distillerie des 4 Vallées, a family business active for four generations and renowned in the region and far beyond for its exceptionally high quality standards.

How to use

• Oral: 1 to 2 drops twice a day, diluted in a spoonful of honey or in an herbal infusion.
• Skin, Massage, Bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
• Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on taste or room size.

Oil for insect bites:

• True Lavender 5 drops + Geranium 5 drops + Peppermint 5 drops + Roman Chamomile 3 drops.
• Mix in 10 ml (1 tablespoon) of a vegetable oil of your choice.
• Apply directly to the bites.
