• Lemongrass: fresh and citrusy, adds brightness to the blend.
• Fennel: mild and slightly sweet, supports a sense of calm.
• Caraway: aromatic and warm, adds gentle spiciness.
• Lemon balm: known for its calming and relaxing properties.
• Cocoa nibs: give a subtle, warm chocolate note.
• Chamomil: soothing and calming, ideal for relaxation.
• Aronia berry: fruity and lightly tart, adds balance and depth.
• Red Sunflower: traditionally used to support the immune system.
