Cleavers, also known as Galium aparine, is a plant commonly found in Europe and North America. It is often considered a weed, but it also has some potential health benefits. Cleavers is traditionally used to support lymphatic vessels. Furthermore, it contains constituents such as flavonoids, saponins, tannins and antioxidants. The cleavers we offer grows wild, in its natural habitat. Its wild growth gives it an intense character and a particularly rich taste and aroma.

The pouches are made of paper with a compostable protective layer and are industrially compostable. In many municipalities, they can be disposed of with organic waste.
