How to use.
- Oral: 1-2 drops 2 times daily. To be taken diluted in a spoonful of honey or in an herbal infusion.
- Skin, Massage, Bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Atomize: 5 to 10 drops according to your taste or the size of the room.
- Stomach drops: Wild chamomile 2 dr + Peppermint 2 dr Take diluted in a tablespoon of honey. Up to 2 times daily.
