Preparation

To fully enjoy Gunpowder tea, follow these simple steps:

1. Quantity: Use 4 to 5 teaspoons of Gunpowder tea per liter of water.
2. Water temperature: Heat the water to a temperature of 75-80°C.
3. Pull time:
   • 1 minute: For a light and subtle infusion.
   • 3 minutes: For a richer and spicier flavor experience.
4. Multiple Infusions: Gunpowder tea can be infused multiple times. With each infusion, the spiciness will decrease and the tea will take on a softer character.
