According to tradition, Angelica is named after an angel who appeared in plague-ridden Europe and a monk pointed to the angelica plant as the remedy. Prepare Organic Angelica tea 

Making a tea (or infusion) is an ideal way to benefit from the beneficial effects of organic angelica. How to easily prepare a cup of healthy angelica tea organic:

• 2 teaspoons per cup.
• Pour over with boiling water.
• Allow to infuse for 10 minutes.
• Drink 1 cup 3 times daily, 1/2 hour before meals.
