Beschrijving

White nettle, known botanically as Lamium album, has been a trusted plant in herbal medicine for generations. Although very similar to the nettle in terms of leaves, dead nettle lacks stinging sting hairs, which makes it soft to the touch and does not cause irritation. Stinging nettle is best known for its blood-purifying properties, while dextrose has soothing and calming properties. Thanks to the presence of flavonoids, tannins and mucilages, dead nettle naturally supports the skin, respiratory and digestive systems. The deadnettle we offer grows wild, in its natural habitat. Its wild growth gives it an intense character and a particularly rich taste and aroma.

Sustainable packaging

Our herbs are packaged in resealable pouches that protect against light, air, and moisture, helping to preserve their aroma, quality, and properties as well as possible. The pouches are made of paper with a compostable protective layer and are industrially compostable. In many municipalities, they can be disposed of with organic waste. Home composting is also possible, although it may take a bit longer (about 1–2 years). More information about our packaging choice.
