Preparing Organic Deadnettle tea
Making a tea (or infusion) is an ideal way to benefit from the beneficial effects of organic deadnettle. This way you can easily prepare a cup of healthy deadnettle tea organic:- For 1 cup: Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried deadnettle.
- Flood the herb with hot water (just not boiling).
- Let it infuse for 5-10 minutes.
- Deaf tea has a mild, earthy flavor.
