Pine buds (Scots pine) Organic - 100 gr

The Scots Pine also known as Pine, (Pinus Sylvestris) was planted en masse in our area in the 19th century for quick timber extraction and to better retain the silted soil of the moors. In addition to the well-known essential oil of the Scots Pine, we can also use the buds of this tree to make an infusion or herbal tea. Pine buds are traditionally used for their effects on breathing. The scots pine we offer grows wild, in its natural habitat. Its wild growth gives it an intense character and a particularly rich taste and aroma.

Preparation Organic Pine bud tea 

Making a tea (or infusion) is an ideal way to benefit from the beneficial effects of organic pine buds. How to easily prepare a cup of healthy pine bud tea organic:

• Ratio for a warm infusion: 30 gr buds of Scots Pine to 1L of water.
• Let steep
• Drink several cups a day.

  Use pine buds in combination with Plantain and Thyme for respiratory benefits.

Sustainable packaging

Our herbs are packaged in resealable pouches that protect against light, air, and moisture, helping to preserve their aroma, quality, and properties as well as possible. The pouches are made of paper with a compostable protective layer and are industrially compostable. In many municipalities, they can be disposed of with organic waste.
