Blue lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) is a remarkable water lily with a long and rich tradition. This elegant flower was already valued in ancient Egypt, where it symbolized calm, awareness, and spiritual depth. Today, blue lotus is mainly used as a gentle, aromatic infusion for moments of relaxation and stillness.
The dried flowers have a subtle, lightly floral scent and produce a mild, pleasant tea. Blue lotus can be enjoyed on its own, but also combines well with other herbs or can be added to ceremonial cacao for a soft, aromatic touch.
Use
Add a few flowers to a cup of hot water just below boiling point and let steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
Can also be used together with ceremonial cacao for an extra smooth and aromatic note.
Sustainable packaging
Our herbs are packaged in resealable pouches that protect against light, air, and moisture, helping to preserve their aroma, quality, and properties as well as possible. The pouches are made of paper with a compostable protective layer and are industrially compostable. In many municipalities, they can be disposed of with organic waste. Home composting is also possible, although it may take a bit longer (about 1–2 years). More information about our packaging choice. Please note
