Artichoke Tea Organic Preparation

Making a tea (or infusion) is an ideal way to benefit from the beneficial effects of organic artichoke. How to easily prepare a cup of healthy artichoke tea organic:

• Use 1-2 teaspoons of dried artichoke leaves per cup.
• Just don't pour boiling water over it.
• Steeping time: Allow the tea to steep for 5-10 minutes to properly release the active ingredients.
• Taste: slightly bitter, distinct flavor.
