Physalis Akkermunt essential oil has a bright, fresh, minty scent. The menthol content is particularly high. As a result, Hemp Mint essential oil is particularly useful for colds and coughs.

How to use.
- Oral: 2 x daily 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in a spoonful of honey or in an herbal infusion.
- Skin: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Atomize: 5 to 10 drops according to your taste or the size of the room.
- Inhalation for a clear nose: Clove mint: 2dr + Eucalyptus globulus: 2dr . Add to a bowl of warm water. Inhale the steam through nose and mouth (5 to 10 min.)
