Uses

Internal use (as a cure):

• To support comfortable digestion
• During periods of hormonal fluctuation or inner restlessness
• Dosage: 1–2 tablespoons per day, diluted in 1L of water. Sip throughout the day
• Recommended cure: 3 weeks, with a 5-day break for extended use

External use:

• Skincare: as a purifying and astringent lotion for oily skin or enlarged pores
• Mouth care: spray (diluted) directly onto sensitive areas in the mouth
• Hair care: use as a tonic for dull or oily hair, or in case of hair loss
• Compresses: mix 3–5 tablespoons in 1 liter of warm water, soak a small towel, wring out and apply to the targeted area (e.g. joints)µ
• Post-exertion care: spray on legs or joints for soothing support after physical activity
