Culinary Uses of Lemon Peel Organic

Lemon peel can be used in cakes, desserts, marinades, sauces, fish dishes and spice blends but also as a condiment in herbal tea and Gin botanical.

Sustainable packaging

Our herbs are packaged in resealable pouches that protect against light, air, and moisture, helping to preserve their aroma, quality, and properties as well as possible. The pouches are made of paper with a compostable protective layer and are industrially compostable. In many municipalities, they can be disposed of with organic waste. Attention for a moment

This lemon zest is dried. As a result, it is also concentrated in flavor. Typically, you only need to use half for the same effect as using fresh lemon peel. The convenient thing about this lemon peel is that you already save time, and you also do not have to cut a whole lemon to use just a particle of the peel.
