Health benefits Hyssop essential oil
- Physalis Hyssop essential oil is best known for supporting the respiratory system where it has a purifying effect. Hyssop essential oil is especially effective for fixed coughs.
- Hyssop essential oil can also be used to increase energy levels and improve concentration.
- Unlike Hyssop officinalis, Hyssop officinalis var. decumbens free of ketones and thus more suitable for use in aromatherapy.
- For respiratory support: mix Hyssop essential oil decumbens with Eucalyptus, Cajeput or Tea Tree.
- For an energy boost: in a diffuser Hyssop with Rosemary, Basil or Peppermint.
How to use.
- Oral: 1-2 drops 2 times daily. To be taken diluted in a spoonful of honey or in an herbal infusion.
- Skin, Massage, Bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Atomize: 5 to 10 drops according to your taste or the size of the room.
- Winter chest balm: Hyssop EO 2 dr + Thyme EO 1 dr + Ravintsara EO 1 dr
To 10 ml (1 tablespoon) vegetable oil of your choice.
A word of caution:
- Contains naturally d-limonene, linalool, eugenol, geraniol.
