Culinary Uses of Dill
Dill has a unique flavor with notes of anise, celery and parsley.
Dill is very often used in our regions in fish dishes. However, the mild flavor of dill tops also goes well with (dip) sauces, soups, potatoes, salads, dressings and chicken and meat dishes.
We explicitly choose dill tops here because they are finest in flavor and texture.
You will also find dried Dill in our Fish Spices and Tzatziki seasonings
Sustainable packaging
Our herbs are packaged in resealable pouches that protect against light, air, and moisture, helping to preserve their aroma, quality, and properties as well as possible. The pouches are made of paper with a compostable protective layer and are industrially compostable. In many municipalities, they can be disposed of with organic waste. Home composting is also possible, although it may take a bit longer (about 1–2 years). More information about our packaging choice.
