Preparing Organic Corn silk TeaÂ
Making an infusion is a simple and effective way to enjoy the effects of corn silk.
This is how to prepare a cup of corn silk tea:
- Use 1-2 teaspoons of cornstarch per cup.
- Pour just short of boiling water (about 90-95°C) over it.
- Allow to infuse for 10-15 minutes.
- Up to 3 cups per day.
Taste: mild vegetal with a slightly sweetish note, pleasant and smooth.
