Traditionally, this cacao is used in rituals and moments of stillness, but it can also be enjoyed as a nourishing, heartwarming drink on a quiet morning or evening.

The drink has a deep, pure chocolate taste with no added sugars. The texture is soft and creamy when the cacao is dissolved in warm water or warm (plant-based) milk. Thanks to the natural presence of theobromine, cacao provides a gentle, long-lasting energy and a comforting feeling of warmth.

Use

Finely chop or grate the cacao and dissolve it in warm water or warm (plant-based) milk. Stir well until a full, rich drink forms. If desired, you can add spices such as cayenne pepper, Ceylon cinnamon, vanilla, or rose.

The amount of cacao can be adjusted depending on the moment and the intensity you prefer:

• 10 grams = a regular daily serving for simple enjoyment
• 20 grams = a meditation serving, ideal for quiet moments of reflection
• 30 to 50 grams = a ceremonial serving for a deeper spiritual experience
