Fennel Oil Bio – 100 ml

Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) belongs to the Apiaceae (umbellifer) family and is known for its soothing and balancing properties. By slowly macerating the whole plant in organic sunflower oil under the sun, a versatile and rich care oil is created.

The fennel is carefully cultivated and hand-processed at Ferme Saussac, a small-scale organic farm in the southeast of France. Everything is done in harmony with the seasons, with respect for nature, and without synthetic additives.

• Lightly spicy aroma with a warm undertone

• Can be used externally for menstrual discomfort and menopause-related issues (massage around the lower abdomen)

Application

• Abdominal massage: Gently massage onto the abdomen in case of tension or cramps; work in circular, clockwise motions around the navel. For added relaxation, apply a warm compress or hot water bottle afterward.
• Women’s well-being: Lightly massage into the lower abdomen during menstruation or menopause discomfort.
• Skincare: Toning for tired or stressed skin; also suitable for anti-cellulite massages.
• Babies: Gently rub a few drops onto the chest and back to ease coughing or support breathing (always use sparingly and with care).
