Preparing pine needle tea

Making a tea (or infusion) is an ideal way to benefit from the beneficial effects of organic pine needles.

This is how to easily make a cup of pine needle tea:

Basic recipe:

• 2 tablespoons of chopped pine needles per cup of boiling water.
• Steep for 10 to 15 minutes and drink warm or lukewarm.
• Optional: add to honey or lemon for extra flavor.
