Description
Physalis Omega 3 forte bio contains polyunsaturated omega 3 fatty acids EPA (36%) and DHA (24%) in the natural ratio EPA / DHA of 1.5. Our diet provides proportionally too much omega 6 and too little omega 3. Therefore, supplements with EPA and DHA are recommended. DHA contributes to normal brain function** and vision**. EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood pressure* and normal triglyceride levels (the beneficial effects are observable at a daily dose of 3 g and 2 g EPA + DHA, respectively).
*The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA + DHA.

Recommended daily dose
