RETURN:

In our online store you are entitled to the legal cooling-off period of 14 calendar days.
The Belgian law on trade practices, information and protection of consumers of April 12, 2010 allows the purchaser to inform the seller within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product that he/she renounces the purchase.
The goods must then be returned, undamaged, unused and with the original labels, together with the invoice.

Ordered items can be returned within 14 days.

ATTENTION: This regulation does not apply to foods with an expiration date.

HOW TO RETURN AN ARTICLE
Please return your item in original condition with the original label.
Please note on your invoice the reasons for your return and your bank account number. Put all the items you wish to return together with the invoice in one package that you return to us.
