Description

The essential oil of Spike Lavender contains camphor and eucalyptol, therefore the smell of the oil is somewhere between the smell of Lavender and Rosemary. Used in a massage oil it relieves muscles and under the form of inhalation it soothes the respiratory tract. Insects, especially flies, do not like the smell.


How to use.

  • Oral: 1-2 drops 2 times daily. To be taken diluted in a spoonful of honey or in an herbal infusion.
  • Skin, Massage, Bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
  • Atomize: 5 to 10 drops according to your taste or the size of the room.
  • Inhalation airways: Eucalyptus radiata 3 dr + Spike lavender 2 dr
    Add to a bowl of warm water. Inhale the steam through nose and mouth (5 to 10 min.).

 


A word of caution:

  • Contains naturally linalool, d-limonene, geraniol, coumarin.
