Physalis Evening Primrose + Borage Bio

Physalis Evening Primrose + Borage Organic is a synergistic blend of 100% organic evening primrose and borage oils. These two high-quality oils are standardized to the omega 6 fatty acid GLA or gamma-linolenic acid. Evening primrose promotes comfort and female balance during the (pre-)menstrual period and helps maintain healthy skin.

Composition per 2 tablets

• Oil of Oenothera biennis bio (≥8% GLA): 500 mg
• Oil of Borago officinalis bio (≥16% GLA): 500 mg

Recommended daily dose

2 x 1 capsule a day. To be taken with meals with some water.
