St. John’s wort capsules can have positive effects on mood and emotional balance. This very effective herb contains a number of psychoactive substances including hypericin. Purasana St. John’s Wort contains per capsule 230 mg of the flowering tops of Hypericum Performatum (St. John’s Wort).

• Composition 2 capsules Hypericum perforatum: 460 mg
• Capsule: vegetarian gelling agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)

Recommended daily dose

Maximum of 2 capsules a day. Preferably take after a meal with a glass of water.
